The first day of the May project and the word of the day was "You"; so for this I decided to experiment with some practical lens techniques in an attempt to blur my figure and capture a very basic version of reality that still retained its familiarity. And this I achieved through simply applying a thin layer of Petroleum Jelly/Vaseline to the lens and smudging it around.
